When I was a teenager Frico was nothing is the same any more.

Teenagers tend do better with stability and tearing their surrounds apart may not sit well. 

She has a slue of medical conditions(which i strongly suspect are just hypochondria) and 2 teenage children.

(my goal is to do 50 a day for next year) I'd find some teenagers, (clean ones) give them $10/hr to plaster them on the doors in the neighborhoods I designate, and tell them I'll give them $100 for each deal that I can close.

A pre-teenager can open an interior lock or climb out the window so just say no locks and see what they do. 

I am currently an admin assistant for a general contractor, no real estate experience, or really any work experience other than the typical teenage food business years and current office experience.

We are Atlanta's little teenage brother growing up (fast) We are all lucky to be in a booming city basically still many years of growth left I have to disagree on this being a good buy and hold market.

I don't have any hard numbers or statistics, but I'm under the general impression that a lot of the NINJA loan officers from 2005-2007 are currently hanging out both at used car lots in the F&I office, and on campuses slinging stupid student loans to teenagers (nineteen is nineteen).

I would stay away from Payne-Phalen, no security system is going to help you very much as I knew renters in the area who had their lawnmower stolen as they were letting it cool down after mowing within 3 minutes of leaving it, others who had "tricks" getting turned in their detached garage and a teenage girl was just murdered there last week.  

I did have one tenant who had to have her teenage son pay the rent because she couldn't figure out how, she was challenged.
