Storage units, industrial, raw land, development (a form of value add), zoning changes (a form of value add), office, hotel/motel, NNN, etc.  

I have also heard concerns about removal and tampering with these devices. - Water: I'm currently including water in rent for both of my buildings, because I've luckily not had to meter my water use.

Take a peak into options for real estate investing and see what truly piques your interest (long-term, mid-term, short-term, storage units, fix and flip, live and flip, buy and hold, and I can go on forever).

Such as storage, RV park, Mobile Home Park, etc. 

I'm looking at a potential self-storage deal which I could use some assistance with.

Features like stylish countertops, and ample storage make a big difference in both functionality and visual appeal.

The only thing that might prompt me into more aggressive action would be if the municipality started issuing a fine each day that I know I would never be able to recover from the tenant and even then if the items had value to the tenants, I might still put them in a storage unit and charge the tenant back for that until the eviction was complete.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

We are in the Self storage and subdivision arena.So again.
