Both areas boast a very broad based economy, perfect weather, a variety of things to do from sports, recreation, amusements, theater, cultural events, etc.

On the flip side, you could look at the mill buildings in Manchester which boast millions of square feet of commercial space, have dozens or hundreds of tenants, and have eight digit price tags.  

I am thinking of taking a mastercourse with EDNA Keep who is essentially boasting to be the Rich Dad Poor Dad course of Canada.  

I really don't understand the type of person that would do this let alone boast about it.

I admit that I am shy and I would hate to boast about buying a few units when these people have hundreds of units, lol.These are all things that are under my control and I need to work on.

Couple this with the fact that Alberta is still considered a "have" province and is paying $19 billion/year in equalization payments to places like Quebec, who boasted a budget surplus and doesn't generally give its support to oilsands projects, and Alberta families are paying hundreds of dollars more per year for an empty "carbon tax", it feels to most here that the rest of Canada likes to kick Alberta when we're down. 

@Sean Lambert they are boasting a 4.5% vacancy rate.

The local real estate investment group is AZREIA.org It is well run and boasts being the best REIA in the country several times.

Some of the other communities seemed more interested in boasting about their super returns, selling their information books/seminars and less about helping others.

There are plenty of college educated individuals who say that college was not helpful in their REI pursuits but only a scant amount of individuals with no college who make the same boast.
