They called me back and told me they had corrected the error and would serve another notice to the Tenant within 72 hours of the eviction (Sat morning) and it would sstill go thru at the assigned date of Tuesday.Tuesday morning 30 minutes before the eviction,  I was driving to the unit as the Sheriff had instructed me to bring a locksmith the break the lock - in case the tenant had changed them, then change the lock as soon as the Deputies had cleared the unit of people.

Ones located in Greensboro Nc and the other is located in reidsville Nc the fees I see on this soft quote are: origination fee, underwriting/processing fee, 3rd party closing costs, 6 month tax impound, 6 month insurance impound, looks like 11-12k in fees alone.

it seems if it can be done in one state it should be able to be done across other states…  Doesn’t sound right but something I’d like to learn more about.Good morning @Marian Huish, from my understanding section 8 voucher were originally created to help people buy homes, but it ended up being used for paying rentals.

I used to live there myself and know them somewhat personally (one pretty well) so I’ve been soft on price increases (when someone rarely moves out that room goes to market rate though).

This was after the foundation was given the OK by 2 separate inspectors and occurred due to lack of support under the house, soft soil in Florida, and lack of gutters to disperse rain water from the foundation.
