Hey Kar, you may want to reread your post in a day or two. 

I've read and reread it a few times now but I just realized yesterday that I actualized Part 1 of the book earlier this year without much fanfare.

You (and your agent if you're using one) need to re-read the contract and see what it allows for in terms of inspections.

Phone it in this early in the game is not an option I'm interested in.I'm re-reading Rental Property Investing now.

It's not specifically multifamily, but it is key for anyone looking to scale a business.Maybe I'll go back and reread it!
