Apparently analyzing the risk of an investment based on things like crime, property condition, & income of the tenant base is racist these days.I guess it's a good thing that when the truth is told it always finds a way to work itself out. the newspaper I think I read this right.. was specifically claiming that by Jim doing this list of areas by ABCDF that he was in essence redlining which in fact is a bank term.. not an investor term ..
