I'm making $1000 per month and $800 per month respectively after accounting for vacancy. 

I've now learned that this is because so few respectable vendors will work with them after not being paid for jobs that the ones who will work with them are not necessarily the A squad.. 

We would have been better off discounting the rent 7% and finding tenants that would respect our property and rent year after year.  

Always good to work with a seasoned rep who is reliable well respected and has aggressively priced products. 

A good rule - as long as the plumbing and electric has been updated, a well-built home from the mid-20th century is a better investment and will likely outlast a newer build.Credit to the respective author

@Greta Andrews Dave Ramsey a nationally respected financial expert , best selling author, and financial advisor calls whole life( cash value) insurance a con job orchestrated on novice investors by “ enthusiastic ignoramuses” masquerading as financial advisors.Borrowing money from yourself and paying interest on your own money is a non common sense approach to investing. 

If the answers are "yes" and "no" to those questions, respectively I'd highly suggest you look into Detroit's down payment assistance program.

We've seen a lot of uninformed views in this thread.I would encourage the bulls to respect that crytpo is not for everyone and we have to respect an individual investor's tolerance for risk.And I want to thank @Russell Brazil for the absolute best comment in the thread earning him some 100 votes by the time this thread dies out!

Be respectful to the inspector and apologetic for the troubles the tenant has caused them and the neighbors.
