I have a property in Cincinnati Ohio & seeking a property manager....property is located on Quebec Rd in South Fairmont area....

As a society in Quebec, because of the rules in place we will not see the extreme business success/price volatility that can be seen in the states however when you couple the quality of life + country stability + hockey ;)  it still makes good sense to invest locally.  

Canada, and especially Quebec does not have the variety and size that Americans do.Am I saying it is impossible to find a deal in Montreal?
