I will be ramping up the part time work though, and I am starting a little drone real estate photography business on the side (already licensed), so I hopefully can increase my income a bit through that, although it's not going to be a drastic change from the 30,000 range.Thanks again for the advice, hope I'm not being silly this is just very new stuff to me.

I pay 10% for Evolve (plus 3% for any CC transactions) and they handle all bookings, calendars, pre-stay information and communications as well as payouts and listing setups (even professional photography).
