I'm in the process of starting two businesses (1)  aerial photography and marketing company that uses drones for real estate residential, commercial, industrial and agriculture, special events, etc. (2) Company for my future rehab properties and rental properties both residential and commercial.

I will be ramping up the part time work though, and I am starting a little drone real estate photography business on the side (already licensed), so I hopefully can increase my income a bit through that, although it's not going to be a drastic change from the 30,000 range.Thanks again for the advice, hope I'm not being silly this is just very new stuff to me.

I pay 10% for Evolve (plus 3% for any CC transactions) and they handle all bookings, calendars, pre-stay information and communications as well as payouts and listing setups (even professional photography).  

Hi All, I'm new to BP and wanted to say hello, I have been working in the RE marketing and content industry for a while and would love to connect with some of you in the NY area and wider US for creating content, digital marketing materials as well as RE photography etc. 

I've been watching videos and listening to podcasts about real estate for a few months and I'm looking at networking.Some of my hobbies include watching too much youtube, photography (looking to build a real estate photography portfolio as well), gaming, and longboarding.Ideally the goal is to begin house hacking within the next year, but I've got to figure out the details and college is my priority right now.

Depending on your market you should be able to hire a professional property manager/marketer to handle ALL of the above, starting with professional photography, listing on all the channels, revenue management, scheduling cleans, handling maintenance and more.
