Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Both screen doors upstairs do not function correctly.Plumbing problems-The garbage disposal in the kitchen was not cleaned, is smelly and the rubber is flipped outwards.The bathroom sink in the smaller bedroom does not drain correctly despite us using an entire bottle of drain cleaner on it.Common areas that are not kept clean or have garbage-There was no attempt to clear the patio of years of accumulated debris and filth.

I am stating out with wholesaling and once I raise enough funds will be investing in rental properties and flips.

We are in both of those markets for fix and flips & buy and holds.

Glad you made your way here.. are you eyeing long-term rentals or short-term flips?

Your construction skills can give you a significant advantage, allowing you to save on rehab costs or even flip properties for capital.

You can still make money on flips here though. 

I am under contract to buy and flip a house that I am paying $615K for.
