Have toured a handful of them and either the numbers don't work, bad foundation, located in the 100 yr flood plane and require flood insurance destroying cash flow etc etc. 

When you board the plane you must behave, otherwise you will get escorted out and not going to fly to your destination.

Plus I get tons of miles anyway from actual plane flights so often I just use those for personal travel.

I just bought my 3rd facility and it is 7 hours away....by plane....I have developed a pretty efficient remote management strategy that doesn't involve buying a $15K Kiosk and paying high maintenance fees on it to boot.

As planed buy a inexpensive used car that will get you from A to B.

I was planing to rent it out, but i took advices from u guys and put the house on the market for $98k.

However if you plane on keeping it long term I would definitely replace everything it will save you a headache in the long term and a possible lawsuit.

My house is not in the flood plane.

Don't get wrapped up in the hype a lot of people spread about jumping off the cliff and building the plane on the way down.
