I'd love to meet up, specifically areas East of the 215 and or North of the 10.I'm also curious about starting out in B-/C+ class-ish multi-property where the median house is around $500k, however it boarders an area of the median home of $700k.

I think its highly regional.. if your in Napa or Sonoma people go there to drink wine.. so I think it would be no issue.. same with Walla Walla area of E Washington. not sure how anyone drinks those sweet wines  though you get back east LOL..

I am of course partial to KC but there are many east and west coast people that do invest here.
