People never cease to pound the "it must cash flow or it is a bad investment" drum though when this is patently ludicrous.

But I can tell you as a realtor, we constantly get it drummed into us, that if we engage in anything that looks anything like the above, we are to run the other way, and not participate in the transaction, or we could lose our licence, be fined, or go to jail.

I've been on several dryer fires in my career and the cause of them is due to lint build up inside the dryer frame (not the actual drum).

Drum sanders are a pain but putting the satin finish down is easy enough.

I tried to get an amount owed for 20 days from the attorney, after the HOA member insisted that she needed to forward file for review with attorney(because it was a foreclosure) then I get the bill almost a month later.. drum roll... $4368. owed, when I asked for a breakdown they refused to give me one, and then I ended up paying it, because it costs more to fight it then pay it.Just the other day I came across one that was $1,000 past due and NO LIEN recorded, and the fee owed on estoppel $6900.

I know the Army used boilers in up state NY, at Ft; Drum, we even had wood/fuel oil fired systems,but I think that was left over from the big one in the 40s.

Go price bazookas, drum sanders, ladders, walk boards, ladder jacks, stilts, and other assorted odds and ends needed by a good crew to do the job right.
