I am getting into Real Estate investing but am a rookie looking to connect, learn, network, and pick up any lessons along the way. 

I also tapped into portfolio loans and private lending networks to secure more flexible financing options.I’d be happy to share more details on how I structured these financing strategies—especially ways to access funding without upfront capital or limitations on deal volume

If you are in an LLC and looking for better rates and longer amortization terms, I recommend networking with local and community banks. 

I find new lending opportunities by networking at local RE Meetups, Training Classes and real estate functions.   

network network network. anywhere there is one in your area go and meet someone and follow up is key after that. there are many good apps to find local RE events

My realtor is really in to the historic homes in San Antonio and he brought it to me through his contractor (network is everything!).

Network through real estate groups.
