I'm not sure what all the guidelines are for trying to enter the country and gain citizenship - but if the Mexican people are not willing to go through the process for fear - and maybe certain knowledge - that they won't be able to get in - I don't really blame them for trying to get into the country by other means.Much of the backbone of this country has been built and is being built - literally - by immigrants - especially by the Mexican immigrants.I had the opportunity to live in South America (Uruguay) for two years and witness people trying to get into the US.

We also need a fool proof way of guaranteeing US Citizenship before registering for school, getting medical care, welfare, AFDC, WICA, etc...Maybe a legitimate Birth Certificate?!?

Rhetorical question.If the citizenship of the person is in question, do you apply Constitutional law if they are on US soil?

Concerning their citizenship: a loud noise ticket is a city charge and in 99.9% of cases the individual is not taken to jail.

@Pavak Shah  There are no citizenship requirements for owning property, including LLCs, in the United States.  

A Filipino who is married to an alien retains their Philippine citizenship, unless by their act or omission they are deemed to have renounced their Philippine citizenship.
