Hey there,It's the day after christmas and I'm not expecting many sales calls so I thought I would do a little reading on the web and came across this site.It looks like an interesting place so I think I'll stay a while longer :-)

I was given a subscription to a magazine of my choice for Christmas.

The past three weeks are typically tough for real estate: right after Christmas and the New Year.

One of the board members is retired and has nothing better to do than to walk up and down several times a day with his clip board, making notations about every little thing, then calling the Management Comp to fine the owner for such things as : too many flower pots on the patio/balconey, anyone who has decorated their front entrance with holiday decorations such as hearts on valentines day, bunny rabbits on easter, Christmas lights are out of the question.

I remember our Christmas that year: two hard-boiled eggs, sauerkraut salad and four potatoes.

I panicked because it's my 1st investment, just closed, thinking if it was a good move or not and beginning to have buyers remorse from panicking.No one can come out to look at it till end of this week since it's Christmas so I decided to investigate myself took off the vinyl siding over the top of the window and see a slit above the window under the siding.

I actually had my plumber come out on Christmas morning to clear a blocked sewer line and not charge any after hour fees since he's done so much work for me in the past.
