Honestly I just tried to avoid Carrot so my website does not look exactly the same as every other "we buy houses for cash" site in my market.

I'd really like their advice, but not sure what carrot I could use to ask them to lend their expertise.  

Anyways, I checked the businesses Dotloop and noticed both properties our employee found using our companies assets (Skype, expressVPN, Spokeo, Podio, Propstream, Dotloop & our Carrot website), were under my partners personal LLC and not the businesses/partnerships.

      - Buy 50lb bags of potatos, carrots, onions, etc. 

You could simply pay him for this info or the carrot for him would be he can be the broker for the property once you own it.

@David RobertsonTo my knowledge they partner with Resimpli offering the same CRM/Direct Mail components Combined with a website that appears to be comparable to that offered by Carrot.

Additionally, I set up a Carrot site and paid for a list of off-market houses in a few zip codes that I have identified as desirable flipping neighborhoods.

On the other hand, try a carrot as well and offer an incentive. 

I set up a website through Carrot with SEO that ranks on the 1st page of google about a year ago but I've only received 1 lead which didn't work out. 

With COVID the balance of power and your stick behind the carrot is gone.
