No use stirring up notions of non-payment when you don't have to.  

It feeds the notion that rent payments are optional.

And more so, that they should do without rent because of the current climate.When landlords decide to advertise their acts of kindness, give themselves a very public pat on the back, they feed this notion that rent is pure profit. 

My concerns with Elmhurst have been the potential quality of tenants (still mostly students I assume), my preconceived notion that rents were lower over there, as well as specific zoning laws.
