Hi Shawn,I understand where you are coming from, but as you know location is important.As an investor, I would not buy a house for 185k with 3 units around Morrell Park / Brooklyn or Druid Hill just because it makes 1850 a month.That 1850 a month can be zero in 6 months.Basically, each unit is making 650 which is not that great.
