I'm interested in connecting with investors in the North Carolina market and share my knowledge and experience in generating cash flow properties.

I currently live in it as my primary residence but had plans to eventually rent it out and then cash out refi once I reach 20% equity in the property.

However, I'm in the middle of a cash-out refinance of an investment property I already own.

For a buyer this should reduce their cash out of pocket to close which could help with barrier to entry.

I got a rehab loan for a flip from a friend for 9%, no draws, and got all the cash upfront to finish the project.
