Hello, I upgraded my account to pro and pay the $97, but cannot still update my signature.I tried to post my 1st deal, thought it worked bu now cannot find it anymore to update it.Also on my Samsung, most of the time, I cannot post on forums or send a message, after I type everything, looks like I cannot send it.I'm pretty good at computers usually but still have problems to figure everything out at BP.Thanks

It is hard, and activity can ebb and flow, but for the second half of 2011, I have a little personal goal of opening BP each morning and just checking in to see if I can comment on a post or add to a thread.I also do not use BP as my main blog or article listing, bu it something I would like to do more of.

Most REO sales these days that go all cash want the buyer to bu as is with no repairs or credits.So plan on paying your offer amount and get the repairs right, don't guess.

@Matt Comrey you'll be required to pay for lawncare, bu not snow removal. 95% of owners do not duplexes plow snow, the other 5% typically is an owner occupant in a duplex.
