Correct me if I'm wrong.I also work with many individuals who just bought a house and don't like the renovation the previous owner made.In other words, as a hypothetical, The Andersons put $25,000 into a kitchen renovation and sell their home to The Smiths.

@Melissa Anderson yea that assumption is valid but people can be married and live separately.. it’s very common.

There's some great advice from @Adam Anderson above- if there's a chance, it's with a local bank who will let you make a case for yourself.

Some of my properties were insured and after hurricane Irma and a few close calls with tenants threatening to sue, I decided that I needed asset protection and began looking at Anderson advisors and Companies Incorporated for advice and strategies to protect current assets and avoid losing substantial portion of the inherited trust due to a tenant threatening to sue because a cabinet fell on her.  

@Mark Anderson, you have to do your own due diligence and insist upon seeing actual expenses, income, current leases, etc. 

Hi all,My sister needs some work done on a SF rental she has- had two quotes come out from the tail end of last year but haven't gotten to it yet due to life getting in the way- are there any professional gutter/roofers in Cincinnati (Anderson/Eastgate area) anyone here would recommend.
