Thought about if I did scale to say 100-200 doors that I would hire another company to audit the current PM on how they're handling my properties.

Does anyone hear have any experience with either of these companies? 

What about if you set up a maintenance company that maintains all of the properties, then you have a real estate attorney prepare all of the lease agreements.

It is dependent on the company's 401k plan and you can usually find that info in their summary plan description (SPD) in the loans section.
