The Mass Pike in rush hour is not for the faint of heart.

There is no doubt in my mind that there are more rules and regulations coming down the pike on that one, they will be trying to put you out of the activity. 

Neighborhoods that come to mind are Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, Chagrin Falls, South Euclid, Solon, Pepper Pike, Rocky River, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Bratenahl, Westlake.

The property is in Pike Peak, Colorado and by the way, the headline is misleading.

I swore to myself years ago, that I would literally die before I lived near Chester Pike.  

Besides mastinlake Pulaski pike area... too much crime for me to feel comfortable

- I'm very curious about a private $ setup b/c I feel I'm at a tipping point where I may have to look elsewhere on future deals which are coming down the pike.- I'm also curious on thoughts, might be a dumb question but, when is the # of rentals owned 'too many' in a specific market based on size/population.
