You customers who ask me to do jobs on the side know you are thieves and you know my employees will steal the materials for your job just like you walking into a supermarket and stuffing steaks under your clothing. 

As such, I didn't steal the property but paid just about replacement cost ($30ish per square foot).

You owe that to yourself in getting the chance to recoup your losses, and to the community so that they at least have to change up a few things and skip town to steal the next investor's money.

Of course, you could always do it by stealth and just take your chances, but if some unnecessary misery were to befall any of those sellers/homes and someone could trace any of it back to you (i.e. the criminal saying "Well, I knew what was in there because I saw this video"), then you could also perhaps be successfully sued. 

Beg/borrow/but don't steal the down payment through whatever means possible. 

So then I started to do research and realized that a wireless speaker is a good option but it's better to put a speaker, like Sonos, mounted on the wall and put some Echo dots (the ones that comes with a clock) around the house.I am afraid that using the echo dots option would bring the guests to steal the dots...

I may say in  2022 I will celebrate 20 years of being job free if people ask, but that's about it.Our sons are in the loop since they have been apt bld LLC members since diapers, get k-1s, have mutual funds and Roths,  but stealth wealth has been our mantra. 

My topics for discussion:I don't want to let people know which property it is because it's a hot area and people could potentially slide in and steal the deal (it is an off-market deal).

I do not want to have to send anyone to collect clinics and risk the possibility of someone breaking in to even attempt to steal the coins. 

It also means less break ins when people try to steal the coins.
