If you're looking to scale it could be worth while to sell and re-distribute that equity with the help of some save leverage.

If it’s long-term equity growth, holding in a strong market like Tampa could still be worthwhile.

You can even learn a lot from leads that don't book with you, if you build report and ask the prospect worthwhile questions.

It can be lucrative, but it takes a certain number of rentals to really make it worthwhile.

My idea is: exactly as much as would make this a worthwhile investment for the parties beside myself.

They can't print the envelopes cheaply enough to make it worth while, so I would still run the envelope through the printer.
