I am looking for help building a wheelchair ramp for a family member.

Im pretty familiar with home wheelchair accessiblility and how the business operates.

Turning the emotional support animal tenant away for this reason is the same as not building a ramp to a second floor apartment because the tenant is in a wheel chair.

Parking should be ample and welcoming, (small carport roof at entrance for rainy times and wheelchair maneuverability maybe?)

What are you going to tell your wife when the house comes down on you and puts you in a wheelchair?

The problem comes in when someone rolls the stop sign & hit a deaf & blind kid that's in a wheelchair... 

Googled the previous owners name and newspaper story of her murder came up. 67 yo retired teacher in a wheelchair.

No way a wheelchair could get by.The use of the outside sidewalk is not mentioned in the tenant’s lease.I don’t want the machine there.

A legit assistance animal is not a pet, it is an assistive  like a wheelchair in the eyes of Fair housing, Each state does have the right to limited regulation in this area, in WI we can now require documentation form a WI licensed professional, where previously an online Quack could sign off, there are also situations where you can deny, if the animal could cause a problem or pose a health risk for other tenants. be careful on this one and know the law. seek advice from a licensed professional. 

I would like maximize occupancy by cross-marketing to both Denver vacationers and those in town for medical needs.I am not discriminating in anyway, but it will be quite an expense to create a "wheel chair friendly" rental and more wear and tear on floors, door ways ect.
