Those properties that are obviously vacant - as well as those you advertise for 'immediate occupancy' are well-known targets of squatters. 

There are a lot of regs, but at least they are well defined.

i have seen many do very well getting on a team.Myself personally I would concentrate on listings 1000%  Buyers only if well knownand wont waste your time.

That would have been known up front if that was the original loan product being used.  

This year’s most popular areas are known for being fast-growing cities with plenty of new development, with healthy job growth in Florida and Texas in particular.
