I wanted to go lower initially but the Agent wavered....I think 68% is a decent conservative price....I don't want to pay 70% thoughHow much does anyone expect the San Luis Obispo County, CA Markets to sink?

My lender actually requires a lien release waver from the contractors showing that they've been paid before they distribute my draw.

One interesting story she told me was one obstinate seller, who is non wavering on his price.

Theoretically, when the box is pulling at 100%, the 60 amp service will be trying to supply 100amps, and that will stress the service wire (a potential fire risk, not to mention the electric in the house may seem to waver...).

.@ Ned Carey, Regarding neighborhoods, I have been spending more and more time in the neighborhoods surrounding Johns Hopkins main campus (Hampden, Waverly, etc.) and I am probably going to start concentrating on one of these neighborhoods soon.

Main areas of focus are Hamilton, Lauraville, Northwood, Waverly, and Echodale.
