Does anyone use, or have any experience with VA's for cold calling?

My cost they said i could do $2,000 up front and then next couple months more payments with cold calling they offer and fee would be $9,800 plus the cold callers Virtual assisant that would be working with me.

You can buy lists and cold call them.

I was cold contacted on LinkedIn recently to discuss syndications with DealEstate.AI. 

Then wherever the water is getting discharged off of the roof, that what water is getting at least 4-5 foot away from the structure before it is left to drain with gravity away from the property.
