Typically you want a different type of paint for kitchen and bathrooms for durability and washability. 

The flooring in a beauty shop will need to be a hard washable surface, tile or whatever for health code requirements, that can be on the tenant or the owner.

You might consider painting the wall with a semi gloss paint it is washable and would make any future cleaning easy.
