I’m on the verge of giving Booking.com the boot , too many cancellations and the worst part is when you call customer service, which is China ….in order to validate you as a host they give you a call back so you can’t get your answer quickly and the callback takes a few minutes and half the time the call does not make it through- enough to make you wanna scream.

San Diego has many options like STR's to cash flow more since we have 35 Million visitors are year to SD. 

Pre-covid it was around 1M visitors for a 3 day weekend festival.

Divide the number of visitors who disappeared or were shot over the last twelve months by the number of actual visitors.

Unfortunately, real estate is pretty efficient, so high returns should scream to you high risk.  

What are some rental property green flags you've seen that scream buy? 

I feel like rates will come down over the next 6 months or so.Unless you find a screaming deal that you just can't pass up, then bide your time.

This property, in particular, is in an area many local investors will not own, visit or even entertain as an investment.
