Hiding in a Trust is viewed as "hiding" which implies "deception".

There are some people that get lucky and earn cash quickly, but they generally hide the fact that it was pure luck or how much work was involved.

With a syndication, there’s nowhere to hide.

Some people are more disturbed by that than others (even if they have nothing to hide) - and following you around may give them a greater sense of control and therefore comfort.

Members can generally not hide or remove posts once made. 

I don't hide my agent status, I just don't lead with it now.  

I, my clients, my PM, have never had issues with it You are not clear with insurance companies by hiding it.

These people are not even trying to hide their fraud at this point.  

Everything else is just trying to hide the fact you did the transaction from the lender.
