@Zach Howard I am working on a how-to book on Creative Financing now (I am the author of BP's book on Mid Term Rentals) because when I was teaching myself I was frustrated at the lack of clear instruction.

As a six figure earner, I am seeking advice and insights from experienced real estate investors on strategies and best practices that were valuable when starting out!

I'm looking for someone is willing to advise/ teach/talk and share their past experiences. 

What they do is basically teach how to Wholesale Commercial Properties professionally.  

Hey @Evan Grant so as a savvy experienced investor you already know that the  investor course stuff is not going to advance you and you know everything they have to teach already.. .

With your background in computer science, math, and finance, you’re bringing some valuable tools to the table.

I also purchased the "training/coaching" and received very little support and what I did receive was not very valuable.

My main goals with these initial projects are:1.Gaining valuable insights into the local market.2.Getting hands-on experience with out-of-state investing, particularly when it comes to remodels and managing from afar.3.Testing the entire BRRRR process to see if it’s the right strategy for me long-term.If all goes well, I’d love to scale up and explore multi-family projects.
