But I did get some takeaways particularly in re: to hiring VAs (which I am now doing) and there were a few other tidbits about JVing that were helpful to learn.

Handy if you are using VAs to cold call off this system. 

Also id love to hear from you whats not working or what your struggling with .For me, hiring a few Vas to cold call has been paying off, text messaging is doing decent. 

Virtual Assistants: VPM Solutions is a company that specifically trains and sources VAs for property management.

Take their space and hire admins to go with the VAs and have 2 showing assistants who get paid a salary and done.

We are not VAs.
