Myself, I've made millions with Section 8 properties, but every day you need to suit up for battle to deal with tenants who have no sense of adult responsibility.

We take your info and we let Lenders battle for the deal offering their best options.

It’s an uphill battle with the city; many investors can look at this and see that this only forces appreciation and get in even though the cost to play is high.Hope that makes sense.

Sounds like AHP is in for a long nasty legal battle to get some of those assets back so they can be turned into money for AHP to repay investors.

My advice would be to keep leaning in on this strategy and let the other investors battle over investing in Cleveland and Detroit.
