Doesn't seem like the deal to be an island

There is land and markets available in the DFW area.8. 

I am a new investor looking to purchase my first property in the Rhode Island/Bristol County, MA area.

Before that, I purchased property in Rhode Island.

Island time is a real thing. 

And Vancouver Island BC is super fast almost as fast as the Riata pine in New zeeland.  

SupplyLas Vegas is unique because it is a tiny island of privately owned land in an ocean of federal land.

I believe the property manager needs be on island (but i could be wrong).

So while the rent prices on an island like Sardinia is low, the landlords will increase the prices for the military members because it comes out the US pocketbook.RehabsThere are no Home Depots, Walmarts, Costco's.
