Having the people who believed in them chase them down to get what is theirs and owed to them back left with nothing but broken trust, betrayal and  a bad taste in your mouth for the RADD company as a whole.

Too small for my taste......

CA sun shines better, CA water tasts better, girls are prettier, bestest economy, just EVERYTHING in CA is better..... 

It just seems like the guy tasted a little bit of fame and success and decided he could make more money with these get rich quick programs and ripping people off, than investing in real estate itself.

I am new to real estate investing and am on the verge of getting my 1st property underway; it's so close I can taste it! 

By holding onto those properties, you'll be savoring the sweet taste of appreciation and cash flow, laying the foundations of a solid empire for generations to come.A long-term mindset is key to building lasting wealth in real estate.

The coffee tasted phenomenal.

If you are new you might over see many things that can get you into trouble and lose money and then have a salty taste about investing and not want to continue this journey.

When you see the property, you'll inevitably be influenced by your own taste when, in reality, what matters is first and foremost the the profitability of your investment.

Anything else is in poor taste in my opinion.
