Pretty much a boneheaded undertaking, I see a few things coming to fruition out of just diving in.

Hey, As already acknowledged, it is possible but a hefty project to undertake.

These are not LP investors who have the means to undertake adequate diligence and quite frankly the dollar amount of these investments don't justify taking the necessary steps.
