@Gerardo EscutiaMight want to look at insulation in attic and making sure turbines or air hawks is taking hot air out of the attic.You said newly remodeled so not sure if that included windows as older single pane windows leak.There are companies that charge a couple hundred dollars to come do air leak test and can tell you what if anything is causing home to leak air and what you can do to help get home more comfortable.If home is not properly insulated even a new system will have hard time keeping house under 72.

This is a rural area and I feel that some of the land owners that would receive a turbine on their property would be interested in selling future payments for a 1 time buyout of those wind rights.

They advocate you jerk off all soffits,cut big holes in upper siding (between roof rafters)if necessary,on older steep roofed houses that were commonly NEVER vented in pre insulation days Then you MUST block of all gable vents and get rid of all turbine and turtle vents so vents arent short circuited.Thats what the PROS tell me anyway.

If its a home you want to keep for a while and the attic feels like an oven, install ridgevents or at least a few turbines(whirlybirds) to take out some of that heat.

After the Marine Corps I moved back to Iowa in 2006 and bought a house, then went to a technical college for construction technology my goal was to flip homes, however I got employed as a Wind Turbine Technician so I switch my major to Banking and Finance then on to Management to align with my current job.In 2008 I bought a house with my brother (silently) so he could finance it under a traditional owner occupant loan but the 2 people that rented with him made our monthly payment.
