I just do my books once a month when I am infront of my computer.The big pro with Quickbooks(Desktop or Online) is that it is the market leader meaning most accountants will understand how to troubleshoot you if you have any issues.Best of luck.

Even if you fix the crack, if the window well is still filling with water, it's going to cause problems.So, you need to troubleshoot why the window well is filling with water, and fix that issue, in addition to the crack.The water in the window well is either rain falling in from above, or it's ground water rising up from below, or it's a leaking water main/sprinkler line or other plumbing...or, it could be all three of those things, or any combination.Good luck!

Typical basic trouble shooting is to inspect all connections, look for loose connections and oxidization, any warm receptacle plates or light switches, smells of melting wire or plastic, signs of burning/arcing/overheating such as blackened areas around receptacle boxes or anywhere there’s a connection, or flickering lights not associated with the bulb not being screwed in tightly.
