Today there's a neighborhood Mario Kart tournament going on.  

Many people lease for the summer months (July-Sept) at 4-5X normal rents (up to $10k during sailing events, tennis tournaments etc.), then cut the rate for off season months to Salve Regina students, or Navy on extended TDY /training.

However, it's still the closest thing to "Vegas" on the east and seems to be pivoting towards an event/vacation driven economy. iE hosting concerts, conventions, sports tournaments, amateur fights, ect.What are we missing here?

Also, I will be in Phoenix, AZ in a week for a volleyball tournament, so if you're reading this and are from that area and wouldn't mind giving me an hour of your time and sit down for lunch or something to chat about real estate investing, that would be awesome as well.

I have not been on ESPN but would be seen on bassmaster.com, ive been on a radio show, lots of social media and locally in the area at tournaments

If you're a pro golfer that might be the area where you'll be playing many tournaments.

We have over 5 colleges, 20 highschools, a minor league baseball team, a D-league basketball team, a major Coliseum complex that holds the ACC tournament as well as all your other major recording artists.

How about the bigger pockets poker tournament?

Anyways i am currently residing in augusta, ga (home to the masters national golf tournament, exciting isn't it) I am 21 years old and son of a military family.

We used to go to the Louisville area for games and tournaments.
