Nor will you get a Constable to go with you if you have not confronted the issues ahead of time......unless you encounter physical violence or a threat to your life, I highly doubt you will get any support in giving an eviction notice to a tenant.

The threats of leins were not working, as truthfully I had no idea how mechanical liens worked at the time and would just contact a lawyer who did understand them. ( I since have, a lien was placed and it was fraudulent) He began to dismantle the electric after breaking into the breaker box.

It was a great niche for many years, but that market has mostly disappeared with legalization of pot in CA, which has pot prices crash.I have also used seller financing in purchasing REO and other real estate purchases and these have worked out really well for all parties.

I've been using Stessa for years... struggling keeping the connection with my bank and I've had several instances where months worth of transactions disappear and when they're able to restore them for me, they are all uncategorized, etc.
