Next to the California Theater and Regal Movie Theater.In your experience, what is the best way to attract a restaurant tenant to a property like this?

Please don’t fall for the theater.

We did negotiate the construction supervisor on-site to install home theater speakers I purchased from BestBuy.

All of the best communities have resort amenities like guard gated entrances, clublhouses with gyms, restaurants, game rooms, movie theaters, volleyball, lazy rivers, tiki bars etc.

Potomac Street in Hagerstown is undergoing a significant revitalization, boasting trendy restaurants just off the square and the renovation of the Maryland Theater.

Today, there are properties with indoor basketball courts, lazy rivers, movie theaters, and exterior spiral slides going from the upper deck to the lower deck...truly creative ways of grabbing the first round of renters.Even though my rents were steady because I had a hefty repeat renter business by then, I realized that this trend of having a large luxury home was not enough if I wanted to capture more renters.  

Bush was in office, “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” was in theaters and C+C Music Factory was rocking the Billboard charts.”

I would advise being in one of the resort communities that have great amenities (pools, lazy rivers, game rooms, theaters, volleyball, gyms etc).

Maybe you can add in a theater room or game room to distinguish yourself.
