Any tips on how to pass the tests?

Now the post test reveals I have pvc sewer line leaks under the concrete foundation. plumber has found multiple breaks in the line which need to be repaired and has provided an estimate for tunneling under the house and replacing entire 45ft main line!

Your best bet at this point may be to dig some test holes in the basement and see where the footings are.

If they pass that smell test and fit our other criteria then it's usually a good fit.

I don't believe raising QOZ money for entitlements that would be resold 6 months later would pick up traction.

I guess you could use two different numbers to test it and find out.You should get big bright signs with your name and phone in bold.
