If you go into A/B Class the rents are going to be too high to justify doing section 8, meaning market rents are higher than Section 8 is able to pay.If you go down to D Class areas you're going to attract terrible tenants and it will be a nightmare.

U will never get a dime of rent and you are going to have to probably do as you stated find your own attorney.. its better to leave property vacant than to rent to folks that have terrible credit.

While they did a good job, I felt the price was steep, especially since the house wasn’t in terrible shape.I’m debating whether the cleaning charge is reasonable to deduct fully or if I should waive part of it as a goodwill gesture.
