At this point, I also learned that some cartridges in bath/shower fixtures are designed to keep the temp at safe levels to prevent scalding.

It’s on their contract they should keep the thermostat temp at 72, anything lower than that could cause it to freeze therefore costing them hundreds of dollars and trust me prior to having notes underneath of it n to have mentioned it on the contract it did cost me hundreds of dollars to fix it!

That being said, the energy required to keep water temp at 125 vs 110 is minimal and you wont have to deal with complaints.
