After looking at those and the motions to dismiss where OP slides out leaving CM holding the bag... seems like the work may have been on CM the whole time! 

The first thing I needed obviously were the needed amenities plates and so on, so I already had that in the bag.

Total of 5,000 seedlings, plus left overs from last year and ones we bagged and seeded ourselves. 

Wife, 3 kids, 5 bags of clothes, $300.  

Get a box of the heavy duty contractor trash bags for the men to load things in . 

that's 5 days into the month, and you've left several  large piles of bagged trash in the unit.  

Leave credit cards at home in the freezer in a bag filled with water that has frozen over....lolAmazes me how many people fall for these types of programs.When I buy NNN properties either my buyers wanting to own direct and I find the property or whether they are accredited LP investor on my syndication deals they learn with me while they INVEST CAPITAL to own fully themselves or a piece of the deal. 

In the end I am going to be holding the bag.

As @Don Konipol pointed out, leverage increases risk, it doesn’t reduce it, so once again, Tardus has no fiduciary responsibility and if one of the investments they “suggest” blows up, it is the individual left holding the bag, so to speak.I am not a finance guru and while I cannot articulate as eloquently what Don was saying, I do understand it…primarily from real life experience. 

For the rest of the day we had the keurig for guests that wanted one cup of coffee or hot water for tea.
