Most of the surrounding STRs do not supply linens, guests need to bring their own, so that's why mine is higher than others.

Not at all looking to stay strictly in the NYC area; have been looking around at markets in Long Island, Upstate New York, New Jersey, and the surrounding region.

Try to find something that is surrounded by residential homes if you can.

Out of the markets you mentioned, I am extremely bullish on Tampa and surrounding areas.
