Instead it looks like a sales pitch that is targeted to unsophisticated investors who are new to the space.If that's actually the situation here than these deals generally have multiple things I can't stomach and is an immediate red flag for me.2) AAA Storage growth: At one point I was interested in this sponsor because of the claimed full real estate cycle track record with little to no money lost.

Newsom announces “It’s very likely that we’re going to extend the stay at home order”This hits my stomach like a brick. 

I just look at it like a 12-15% down payment, which I can stomach.

Any way good luck with it.. sounds like this company's eyes were way bigger than their stomach.. to scale on scattered lots is pretty tough logistically and I guess we are seeing that play out.

So long as I come out of it a little wiser. ya SWF got over run with speculators and FOMO.. jsut have to run the numbers and see what you can stomach.

Most new investors do not have the stomach for rehabs or the maintenance of owning an older property.

that said, investing in bitcoin takes some stomach as the swings are huge. 

People with good incomes have historically done well in either the market or real estate over the long term.For myself I cannot stomach the gyrations in the stock market so for me RE is less risky but I am not living entirely off it either.
